Delivery
Deliveries are made by Business Ppost and other reputable
couriers.If all products are in stock, orders are normally dispatched
within 3 days of receipt of order.
If we can not deliver your goods within 30 days, you
will have the right to cancel the order and receive a refund.
Delivery Costs
.The delivery price will be displayed once you choose
the Country to deliver to on Checkout. This will be BEFORE
payment is taken.

Cancellation
Goods need to be unopened and you must take reasonable
care of the goods while in your possession and you will have to pay
the cost of returning the goods.
Refunds will be credited to the card user within 30
days of cancellation.
Please note this guarantee is offered as an extra benefit
and does not affect your statutory rights.

Stock
Availability
All items offered on our web site are subject
to availability. We will, wherever possible advise of any
out of stock item on our web site. In the event of an ordered
item being out of stock we will endeavor to notify you within
one working day by either e-mail or telephone providing
we have your correct details on your order.
Warranties
Our heaters are all guranteed for
normal and wear and tear for a period of 12 months from
the date of purchase. If you encounter a problem within
this period then please return the product with a copy of
the invoice to the following address 46 Wharf Road, Wraysbury,
Middlesex, TW19 5JW. We will evaluate the problem and if
necessary we will either repair or replace the product.

We have NOT put our phone number on the web site as
we are a mail order company and to assist in bringing you low prices
this helps us keep our costs down. You will however receive a phone
number to contact us once you have placed an order in case you have
any question or problems with your order.
We will acknowledge it within 5 working days and will
provide you with a likely timescale for resolving the dispute.
We will endeavor to resolve your complaint in a fair,
