Please note by trading with Thermal Stones, your statutory rights are not affected.

Delivery

Deliveries are made by Business Ppost and other reputable couriers.If all products are in stock, orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours.

If we can not deliver your goods within 30 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and receive a refund.

Delivery Costs

.The delivery price will be displayed once you choose the Country to deliver to on Checkout. This will be BEFORE payment is taken.

Cancellation

Goods need to be unopened and you must take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession and you will have to pay the cost of returning the goods.

Refunds will be credited to the card user within 30 days of cancellation.

Please note this guarantee is offered as an extra benefit and does not affect your statutory rights.

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Master Card, Delta, Switch, and JCB.

Stock Availability

All items offered on our web site are subject to availability. We will, wherever possible advise of any out of stock item on our web site. In the event of an ordered item being out of stock we will endeavor to notify you within one working day by either e-mail or telephone providing we have your correct details on your order.

We have NOT put our phone number on the web site as we are a mail order company and to assist in bringing you low prices this helps us keep our costs down. You will however receive a phone number to contact us once you have placed an order in case you have any question or problems with your order.

We will acknowledge it within 5 working days and will provide you with a likely timescale for resolving the dispute.

We will endeavor to resolve your complaint in a fair, confidential and effective manner while keeping you informed about the progress of your complaint.
